Triple A Learning System ™

The Triple A Learning System™ is the fundamental building blocks to the way we teach our students. The Triple A Learning System™ is based on a simple 3 step principle:

Alpha - Close your eyes. Breathe deeply and slowly. Open your eyes. Be calm and alert to focus on the task.
Attitude - Be positive - say "I can do it." Be persistent - keep trying even when it is not easy. Be patient - believe you are learning.
Action - Start straight away. Stay on task for the session. At the end, review what you have done. Congratulate yourself on a successful session.
